Q: Do I have to be home for my yard to be scooped?

A: You do not have to be, as long as we can safely gain access to the yard.

Q: How do you dispose of the waste after cleanup?

A: Dog waste will be double-bagged and placed neatly in the customer's outdoor trash can.

Q: How will I know when you're coming to scoop?

A: You will be assigned a day based on our route, and will receive a text message when we are on our way. Upon signing up for our services, you will be notified of your scoop day.

Q: How does auto-billing work? 

A: Billing is processed on the first of every month as a pre-payment for the month. 

Q: Can my dog be in the yard while you scoop?

A: Yes, but we prefer for the safety of the dog and technician for the pups to remain inside.

Q: How do you ensure the safety of our dogs?

A: After each cleaning, we disinfect our equipment and shoes with a kennel-grade disinfectant. We will also send a picture of your secured gate.
